Cancellation and Refund Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Unfortunately, once the baking process has started, cancellations cannot be accommodated. Refunds for any damaged or incorrect items must be requested within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work to rectify any issues promptly.
